Stockfish — GNU General Public License v3

All engine analysis in KnightIQ is performed by Stockfish, compiled to WebAssembly and running in your browser. Stockfish is free software licensed under the GPL v3.

Lichess puzzle database — CC0

The 15,345 puzzles are drawn from the Lichess puzzle database, released into the public domain under CC0 1.0. Attribution is not required; it is given because the work deserves it.

Opening names and lines — CC0

Opening classification comes from lichess-org/chess-openings, also CC0 1.0.

Chess.com and Lichess APIs

Game and profile data is read from the public APIs of Chess.com and Lichess. KnightIQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either site. All trademarks belong to their owners.
